Honouring India’s tribes. Building pathways for their future.
Tribal Tree is a non-profit initiative founded in 2024 to document India’s diverse tribal heritage while enabling tribal families—especially youth—to access skills, opportunities, and dignified livelihoods.
Our Story
Across India, tribal communities carry deep knowledge: of forests, healing, land, music, crafts, and community traditions.
But their stories were scattered. Their identity underrepresented. And their access to modern opportunities inconsistent.
Tribal Tree began with two simple questions: How do we preserve their culture?
How do we empower their future?
Today, we work with research volunteers, trainers, and on-ground coordinators to document, train, and uplift — one community at a time.
